The Firm started in 1936 with Felipe Machado Carrion and continued by the founder's son Roberto Carrion. Today it is represented by the families' third generation of lawyers and partners. Cristiano Carrion

Specialist in civil and tax law. Cristiano graduated in law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, completed his Masters in Economics and Corporate Law at FGV, and in Tax Law at IBET/INEJE. Member of the Lexnet - Law Firms Alliance Council and former adviser to the Executive Committee of the Tax Academy of the Americas (ATA). Cristiano has more than 20 years of practice in corporate law and also advised in relevant cases of mergers and acquisitions.

Ângelo Roni

Specialist in Pensions and Labor Law. Angelo graduated in law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, completed his postgraduate degree in Labor and Labor Law Proceedings at FEMARGS. Wide experience covering advisory and litigation advice, optimization of social security costs, modeling and negotiation of collective agreements, crisis management, and administrative and judicial disputes resolutions.

Specialist in Business, Corporate and International Law, with academic training at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with a specialization in Corporate Law (M2) at the Université de Paris – I (Sorbonne) and in Business Law (M2) at the Université de Rennes I. Professor of the MBA in Corporate Finance and the MBA in Finance and Risk Management at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Member of the Brazil-Israel Association of Lawyers and Jurists and the Ibero-American Institute of Public Law. He has 30 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the corporate, corporate and international areas, working in corporate litigation and mergers and acquisitions, member of the Board of Directors of two companies and university teacher for fifteen years.
